FAQs Verisure Locksmith
Verisure Locksmith covers any emergency related to the lock or metal enclosure of any of the access points or rooms of a building:
- Loss or leaving of keys
- Blocking of the lock or burglary
- Cylinder replacements
- Metal enclosures
- Locksmith travel
- Replacement of material if necessary, including cylinder changes, up to 500 euros.

Verisure Locksmith is not applicable to the following elements:
- Cash registers

Yes, it includes any lock or metal enclosure of any of the access points or rooms of the building.
You can ask for the Verisure Locksmith service up to 5 times a year. In addition, if you have accidentally requested it or you no longer wish to use this service after requesting it, you may modify your request by telephoning our Customer Service: 902 121 122.
Our locksmiths are professionals certified by Securitas Direct. From the time you ask for the Verisure Locksmith, you will be able to see their personal identification number, so that when the locksmith reaches your building, they will show you their number and you can confirm that it is the assigned professional.
As far as we know, there are people who pass off as locksmiths to change locks and therefore be able to enter your building at any time.
Our Verisure Locksmiths are certified by Securitas Direct, therefore offering the maximum confidence and security.
It includes its opening, but not replacement of the mechanical lock.

In the case of electric locks, it covers the opening but not the changing of the electric mechanisms on the outside of the lock. For electronic locks, it covers both the release of the lock and replacement of the electronic cylinder up to the amount of 500 euros.
Securitas Direct informs you that because of the improvements to the contracted Service, the applicable fee will be changed in accordance with the Clause on Prices, Revision, Form of Payment and Billing of your General Service Conditions.
